has any one else noticed that the time is off when people post to different threads. i noticed that the time stamp to be putting times that have not happened yet in the day. Robb could you fix this?

is it still messed up? cause i went through and tried to change the setting in the administration, and i successfully did it....or maybe i just did it on my own screen name?
